Honoring Service, Empowering Health

Erie VA Medical Center (VAMC) is pleased to once again invite Veterans and their families to the annual Veterans Health Fair - a one-stop shop to learn about all the programs and services available at Erie VAMC. 

Veterans who have never enrolled in VA health care are encouraged to bring their DD-214 service discharge papers to speak with an eligibility representative on-site to see if they are eligible for care.

When:              Tuesday, February 23 from 10am-2pm

What:               Meet with VA health experts from a variety of programs including:  caregiver support, smoking cessation, MOVE! Weight management, My HealtheVet, behavioral health, women Veterans program, hospice & palliative care, OEF/OIF/OND (returning service members), health promotions, Telehealth, Vet Center, eligibility and more! 

Where:             Erie VA Medical Center - 2nd Floor Conference Rooms

Who:                 This event is open to all Veterans and their families.

Parking:           Veterans and their families are encouraged to enter through the 38th Street entrance and use the FREE valet parking service or park in the designated self-park area.
