Erie VA Medical Center

Veteran Town Hall in Ashtabula

July 19, 2016

Erie VA Medical Center (VAMC) invites Veterans, their families, and community stakeholders to attend a Voice of the Veteran Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, August 16 at the Ashtabula American Legion.

Ashtabula County Veteran Town Hall
Date:  Tuesday, August 16
Time:  5:30pm-6:30pm
Location:  Ashtabula American Legion located at 1804 W 19th Street, Ashtabula, OH 44004

During the Town Hall, leadership from the Erie VAMC will be on-site to meet with Veterans and listen to their feedback.  Veterans and their families are encouraged to share both positive VA experiences and opportunities for improvement regarding services offered at the Erie VAMC and the Ashtabula VA Clinic.

Erie VAMC's goal is to deliver care that meets patients' needs and care that exceeds their expectations.  Voice of the Veteran Town Halls allow staff the opportunity to collect patient feedback on what areas are functioning well and what areas may need improvement.  Feedback will then be used to help direct Erie VAMCs organizational planning.

Veterans who have never enrolled in VA health care are also encouraged to attend and speak to an eligibility representative right on-site.  Veterans are asked to bring a copy of their DD-214 if they would like to fill out an eligibility application for VA healthcare.

Erie VAMC is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered health care to our Nation's heroes.
