FREE Valet Parking for Patients & Visitors

10/21/2013 (Erie, PA) – Starting Friday, November 1st, free valet parking services will be provided for all patients and visitors at the main entrance.

Valet Parking Hours of Operation

Valet parking will be available Monday through Friday between 7:30am-4:30pm, excluding holidays and weekends. After 4:30pm, patients and visitors can retrieve keys in the VA Police Office located at the UCC entrance.

What to Expect

This service is completely free to patients and visitors -- tips will not be permitted. As common with all valet parking services, do not leave valuables in the vehicle. When dropping off keys, valet staff may be asked how long they are expected to be on station so that the vehicle can be parked appropriately. Using the valet service is not required but it is encouraged. Patients will have the option to self-park and the courtesy shuttle will still be available. Watch for new traffic signage over the next couple months as traffic flow will change.

Why Valet Parking?

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be kicking off several construction projects that will affect parking. The free valet parking service will be in place so that patients and visitors will be guaranteed parking throughout construction with little to no inconvenience to them.

Valet Service Location

The valet service will be located near the main entrance. See map below for parking changes:
