Erie VA to Host Health Fair for Veterans
The perfect start for a healthy new year.
Erie VA is helping Veterans leap into a healthy new year at the annual Veterans Health Fair coming in February. Veterans and their families are invited to learn about the latest health programs offered by Erie VA.
When: Tuesday, February 28th from 9am-2pm
Where: Erie VA Medical Center Second Floor Conference Rooms
What: Veterans and their families are invited to speak with representatives from a variety of VA health programs. Participating programs include MOVE! weight management, women’s health, telehealth, visual impairment, My HealtheVet online health, diabetes education, hospice and palliative care, Returning Veterans program, the Vet Center, caregiver support, smoking cessation, and more. This event is hosted by Erie VA’s Health Promotion Disease Prevention program.
Who: Veterans and their families are invited to learn about the latest health programs offered by Erie VA. Veterans who have not enrolled in VA health care are also invited to stop in with their DD-214 to speak to an eligibility representative and learn about what services they may be eligible for.
