The Whole Health Department at Erie VA Medical Center is holding a 6-week Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, and Biofeedback group where you may focus on reducing your response to stress through mindfulness breathing skills with the aid of a hand-held biofeedback machine. Join us to practice self-care and well-being exercises where you can build resilience, increase energy, promote focus, and work toward mental clarity and emotional balance.
