Start out going northeast on E 38th Street toward Holland Street. Turn right onto Old French Road/PA-97. Turn slight left onto PA-505/Perry Highway. Continue to follow Perry Highway. Merge onto I-90 E via the ramp on the left. Merge onto I-86 E via Exit 37 toward Jamestown (Crossing into New York). Take the US-219 S exit, Exit 23, toward Limestone/Bradford PA Turn right onto US-219 S (Crossing into Pennsylvania). Take the Forman St/PA-346 W ramp. Turn left onto Davis St/PA-346. Turn right onto Forman St/PA-346. End at 23 Kennedy St Bradford, PA 16701-2065. Turn right onto Kennedy Street.

About the McKean County Community Based Outpatient Clinic

We’re pleased to announce that the McKean County VA Clinic will be relocating to 14 Foster Brook Boulevard in Bradford starting Monday, February 1, 2021.  This convenient new location offers a state-of-the-art health care experience and ample parking space for easy access to the clinic.

Along with this relocation, we will be introducing some new health care providers that will be joining the team in partnership with Valor Healthcare.  More details to come soon.  Please be assured, you can continue to rely on Erie VAMC and the McKean VA Clinic for your health care needs during this transition.   

Primary health care services include:

  • Medication management
  • Diabetes management
  • Patient-Family health education
  • Patient assessment
  • Care planning
  • Nursing services
  • Phlebotomy
  • Telephone care

Behavioral Health services are available on-site at the staffed CBOCs and are available by fee basis from the contracted CBOC. Services available include intake, all varieties of counseling, and medication management. Services are available either ‘live’ or via video teleconferencing.
